We want you to love your Maristella piece. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Custom or personalized items are final sale.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the United States. Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $5.95.

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Every order is carefully packaged in our signature gift-ready box.

We collect only the information necessary to process your order: name, email, shipping address, and payment details. Payment is processed securely through Stripe — we never store your card information.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
